Commercial Terms
Fair, flexible, and aligned
How pricing works
Your principal prices your engagement based on scope and risk, not on hours logged by the team behind them.
How engagements are priced
Your principal scopes the engagement and quotes a price. The price reflects the outcome you’re buying, the risk your principal takes on, and the delivery-team work required. Pricing is transparent on structure but does not itemize hours. Principals who own outcomes price outcomes, not labor.
Operational Clarity
You engage with CAIAT as one contractor, one invoice, one contact point.
Legal Clarity
You contract with CAIAT as one legal entity. Team members sign NDAs and commitments like employees would. Legal protection to you is identical to contracting with any traditional firm.
Engagement pricing
Three simple engagement models
Hourly
Available for specific scoped work, such as advisory engagements, technical discovery, or time-boxed consulting. Not the default for delivery work.
Milestones or outcome-based
A fixed price tied to a defined deliverable or business outcome. Best when scope is well understood and risk can be bounded. Your principal prices the outcome, owns the risk of hitting it, and delivers against the spec.
Hybrid
Retainer capacity plus outcome-priced milestones for specific deliverables. Best when you need both steady principal attention and contractually-firm commitments on discrete pieces of work.
Global financial footprint
Multiple jurisdictions, compliant structure
CAIAT operates through incorporated legal entities in:
- 🌎 United States (Delaware)
- 🌍 United Arab Emirates
- 🌏 Armenia
This allows partners to contract and pay through the jurisdiction that best fits their legal or operational needs.
Crypto-friendly
For partners who prefer it, CAIAT can accept cryptocurrency payments.
Scaling & commitment
Flexible by design
- ✔️ No long-term commitment or retainers required upfront
- ✔️ Engagements can scale up or down as needs change
- ✔️ Scope and cadence adjust as projects evolve
Alignment models (selective)
Revenue share or equity participation
In some cases, CAIAT may align more closely with partners through revenue share or equity components.
These arrangements:
- Apply only to existing, revenue-generating digital businesses
- Are evaluated case by case
- Are capped and structured contractually
- Can replace up to 50% of standard delivery compensation
