Overview

LePapa Agent is an AI developer for a fashion brand's WooCommerce store. The client drops a request into a Telegram group; an analyst agent clarifies it, a coding agent builds it on a preview, and the change ships to production when the client accepts. Anything that touches orders, payments or stock waits for a developer's one-tap confirmation.

LePapa's development requests are small and constant: a label here, a banner there, a plugin setting, a product field synced from the inventory system. Many arrive last minute, on weekends and holidays. We ran the store's development for several months and tracked every request before proposing anything. The data showed that most of the work didn't need a human developer; it needed someone available right away. LePapa Agent does that job. The client writes a task in plain language in a Telegram topic. An analyst agent reads the live site, asks only the questions that matter (usually zero to two), and returns a short spec for the client to approve. A coding agent then plans the change, implements it on a feature branch, checks it against a restored copy of the store with linting and browser screenshots, and posts a preview. The client taps Accept and the change goes to production, followed by a smoke test that reverts it automatically if anything breaks. Risky work goes through a gate. Plugin updates, WooCommerce settings, database fixes and inventory-system changes are proposed as a structured plan with verification steps and a rollback. A developer reviews it in Telegram and taps Confirm; the system backs up, executes, verifies, and rolls back on its own if verification fails. The AI never holds production, database or inventory credentials. The only write paths to production are two narrow, audited server commands. The system is designed so that about 80% of requests close end to end without a developer (typically in 15–30 minutes), about 18% need only a confirmation tap, and about 2% need hands-on developer time.
