Poller then qualifies, rejects and deduplicates every listing against the client's own rules. Only the loads worth a human broker's time become load cards, each ready for outreach.

Poller is an AI prequalification engine for a US freight forwarder. An agent works the DAT load board the way a broker would, pulling around 1,000 listings per run across up to 10 lanes at once. Poller then qualifies, rejects and deduplicates every listing against the client's own rules. Only the loads worth a human broker's time become load cards, each ready for outreach. Finding the right loads on DAT is manual, repetitive work. A broker has to search lane by lane, open each listing, check who posted it and what the commodity is, and then write to the poster. Most listings get rejected, but a person still has to look at each one to reject it. The client wanted that first pass handled before a broker ever sees a load. A computer-use agent drives Chrome inside the client's own DAT session and runs up to 10 lanes in parallel. The only limit on lanes is the client's DAT account. A full run covers about 1,000 listings in 10 to 20 minutes. Poller enriches each listing, scores it against the client's criteria, checks company and commodity whitelists and blacklists, and removes duplicates across lanes and runs. Every load that passes becomes a load card with the information a broker needs to act on it. Outreach starts right from the card. Emails are generated from the client's own historical threads, so they sound like the client. They go out through a sender service with a conditional follow-up sequence. For clients who need more volume than a standard email provider allows, the same pipeline can run on a custom sending engine with rotating SMTP accounts. The dashboard is tunneled into the client's private network, so it never sits on the public internet. The system can run on-premise on a single machine or in the cloud. It runs on a flat Claude subscription rather than per-token API billing, which keeps the cost per run predictable no matter how many listings it processes. Poller covers the prequalification stage: brokers step in once a load is qualified and do the quoting, negotiation and dispatch themselves.
